Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
Items must be mailed back within 14 days of the approved return request. To start a return, email info@aroofficial.com. Returns showing visible wear, damage, or missing tags/ribbons will be denied.
All returns must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of odor or stains
- In original condition with the return ribbon and tags still attached
Once the return ribbon is removed, the item is considered the customer's and is no longer eligible for return.
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges: Sale and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders: No returns or exchanges accepted for customers outside the United States.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be requested within 8 hours of placing the order by emailing info@aroofficial.com. Once fulfilled, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation and is subject to this return policy.
How to Start a Return
All return requests must be emailed to us at info@aroofficial.com. Once received, we’ll approve your request and provide a return address. Your item will be inspected by our team upon their arrival to us.
Any visible wear, damage, or missing tags/ribbons will result in your request being denied.
Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? You can request a cancellation within 8 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@aroofficial.com. Please note that once your order is fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our return policy. After that, your order begins its journey to you.
We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

- Items that are worn, washed, or stained
- Returns missing the return ribbon or tags
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international customers outside of the United States.
