We want you to love your ÀRÒ pieces — every fit, every detail, every color. Each item is made with love in Lagos and ships directly from the United States.

Before placing your order, please take a moment to review our size chart to ensure the perfect fit. All orders are final sale once placed.


Shipping
Once your order has finished processing, we’ll carefully pack and ship your crayon box straight from the United States. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5-10 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to us at info@aroofficial.com — we’re happy to help. For international customers, please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or weather delays. Customs and import duties are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept refund requests within 48 hours of receiving your item, issued as store credit only. Your item must be mailed to us within 14 business days of your return request. Please note: • Sale and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or credited. • Shipping costs are non-refundable. • All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with the return ribbon and tags still attached. Once the return ribbon is removed — it’s officially yours. Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor or missing tags/ribbons will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Once received, returns are processed within 5–7 business days.
KLARNA RETURNS: Returns are accepted at least 14 days after delivery. Restocking fees, store credit/exchanges are not applicable for Klarna purchases and refunds are issued within 14 business days.

How to Start a Return
All return requests must be emailed to us at info@aroofficial.com. Once received, we’ll approve your request and provide a return address. Your item will be inspected by our team upon their arrival to us. Any visible wear, damage, or missing tags/ribbons will result in your request being denied.
Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? You can request a cancellation within 8 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@aroofficial.com. Please note that once your order is fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our return policy. After that, your order begins its journey to you.
We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges For
• Sample sale or final sale items  • Items that are worn, washed, or stained • Returns missing the return ribbon or tags
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international customers outside of the United States. Please confirm your size and make sure you truly love the item before completing your order — we want every ÀRÒ piece to arrive exactly as you imagined.
Customs
All ÀRÒ pieces are shipped from the United States. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Please note that customs and import fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. ÀRÒ isn’t responsible for any customs charges or duties that may occur — but we promise, your piece is worth the wait.
Payments
All payments on our website are processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other available payment options shown at checkout. Please note that all transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you’re ordering from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply a small currency conversion fee — we recommend checking with them for details. At ÀRÒ, we value transparency and ease. You’ll always see the total amount due before confirming your order, and no hidden fees will ever be added by us.
