Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs are displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to carriers or external factors outside our control.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges for store credit only. Customers must initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving their order. Full details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

KLARNA RETURNS ONLY: Returns are accepted at least 14 days after delivery. Restocking fees, store credit/exchanges are not applicable for Klarna purchases and refunds are issued within 14 business days.

All content on the ARO website—including logos, images, text, designs, and all other creative assets—is the exclusive property of ARO. Our designs and creative concepts are strongly protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content without express written permission.
